Stephane Clarke-Burns is an Associate in the Private Wealth team at Maurice Turnor Gardner.

Stephane advises across the spectrum of private client matters, working with international and domestic high net worth individuals, families and trustees. He has particular experience in estate planning, wills, powers of attorney, administration of estates and assisting with the management of trusts.

Following the award of a first-class honours degree in Law from Durham University, Stephane completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law, passing with distinction. He joined Maurice Turnor Gardner upon qualification in September 2023.

In addition to drafting Wills and lasting powers of attorney and providing advice on personal taxation matters, we specialise in the establishment of structures (including trusts, foundations, companies and various forms of partnership) for the protection and preservation of assets ranging from privately owned companies to racehorses, works of art and heritage property to yachts and planes (as well as real estate).
