- applications for probate and the administration of estates in the UK;
- the establishment and administration of trusts, inside and outside the UK, including advising on UK tax implications for trustees and for UK resident beneficiaries receiving benefits from trusts; and
- UK tax considerations for non-domiciled individuals tax resident in the UK (or planning to become tax resident in the UK), including the taxation of non-UK trusts and management and control considerations in relation to non-UK companies.
Rebecca advises high net worth individuals on philanthropic giving, considering the use and establishment of appropriate charitable vehicles and other mechanisms for charitable giving.
Rebecca also advises charity trustees on their duties in relation to the ongoing administration of charities and day-to-day governance matters.
Rebecca advises companies and high net worth individuals on possible immigration routes for the UK, including routes for workers.
She also regularly advises individuals in relation to applications for naturalisation as a British Citizen as well as the rights of British Citizenship that can be afforded through the process of registration.
