Mary specialises in the sale and purchase of high value residential properties advising across the spectrum of residential property work. She is adept at dealing with complex properties usually within very demanding timescales and meeting the needs of her international client base.

Mary has acted on commercial property transactions for a wide range of clients including private clients, institutional investors, banks and corporates. Mary has considerable transactional experience in dealing with a wide variety of commercial transactions across the whole property life cycle and has particular expertise in dealing with the purchase, sale, letting, management and funding of high value and prestigious commercial properties.

Recent experience includes:

Exchanging on the purchase of a £20 million apartment in a prime central London residential location within 5 days of instructions;
Acting on sales and purchases of multiple residential properties in prime central with individual values of £10 million +;
Advising on the purchase of corporate vehicles holding high value residential property;
Advising on the purchase of a £30 million apartment in a major central London development;
Providing strategic advice to clients on various matters relating to property portfolios;
Acting for developer clients on the purchase of various development sites in London and preparing the sites for sale;
Advising on collective enfranchisement and leasehold claims; and
Acting on commercial property transactions for private clients.
