Eesha is experienced in establishing bespoke asset holding structures for high net worth individuals, with a particular focus on non-domiciles and the succession of businesses.
She advises trustees and beneficiaries on trust law matters, charities on governance issues, philanthropists on grant making and executors and beneficiaries on probates.

Expertise
Eesha specialises in advising on trust and corporate structures for estate planning purposes. She has particular experience in succession planning for family businesses. Eesha adopts a global approach to ensure that Wills and incapacity planning work together in all countries in which there are assets.
Eesha provides tax and domicile advice, with a particular interest in pre-arrival tax planning.
Eesha’s recent experience includes:
- establishing a number of offshore trusts and underlying companies to hold different asset classes such as jets and yachts, real estate and business assets for a client with multi-jurisdictional and multi-generational needs;
- drafting trust structures with protector and investor committee provisions. This project also involved the management of assets and beneficiaries in a number of countries including the US;
- advising trustees and beneficiaries on amendments and reorganisations of existing trust structures to meet the changing needs of a family;
- advising on pre-arrival tax planning and on the remittance basis of taxation and domicile; and
- advising the executors of a high value estate involving numerous beneficiaries and issues regarding chattels, deeds of variation and interests in trusts.
Eesha’s charity experience includes establishing UK charities for philanthropists and she has worked closely with the Charity Commission in relation to private benefit issues. It is often important for Eesha’s clients to include mechanisms to safeguard their legacy and to ensure future involvement with the charity. Eesha is experienced in incorporating these aims into a charity’s constitutions.
Eesha’s recent experience includes:
- the successful winding up of a charity in order to preserve the client’s reputation and to ensure good governance throughout this process;
- advising charity trustees on governance issues involving international giving, owning and mortgaging land, redevelopment projects, private benefit and self-dealing;
- advising a philanthropist on a significant capital grant to a UK charity, including considering naming rights agreements and protection of the donor’s reputation and legacy.
Eesha has particular expertise in advising individuals and families on their immigration to the UK and, thereafter, she advises on settlement and British citizenship applications.
Eesha’s recent experience includes:
- extension of Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visas and Tier 1 (Investor) visas;
- advising on pre-settled status and settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme;
- applying for Tier 2 sponsor licences and making applications for visas under these licences;
- applying for Representative of an Overseas Business Visas; and
- Assisting students and graduates with applications for visas.
