Aoife is an Associate in the Private Wealth team at Maurice Turnor Gardner.

Aoife trained at a leading London law firm qualifying in 2022 and joined the Private Wealth team at Maurice Turnor Gardner in March 2024. She advises a broad range of clients including high net worth individuals, families and trustees on tax, trusts and estate planning matters.

Aoife completed a degree in Music at the University of Birmingham in 2013. She obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University and, after working briefly in the music industry, completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2019, passing with distinction.

The Private Wealth team at Maurice Turnor Gardner provides entrepreneurs, wealthy families and family offices (from both the UK and the rest of the world) with advice on their estate and succession planning.

In addition to drafting Wills and lasting powers of attorney and providing advice on personal taxation matters, we specialise in the establishment of structures (including trusts, foundations, companies and various forms of partnership) for the protection and preservation of assets ranging from privately owned companies to racehorses, works of art and heritage property to yachts and planes (as well as real estate).
